The Eagle River Chain of Lakes Association, Inc. (ERCLA) is a nonprofit, voluntary lake organization with the purpose of maintaining, protecting and improving the quality of the lakes and connecting waterways from Burnt Rollways Dam to Otter Rapids Dam on the Eagle River Chain of Lakes.

Formed in 2001, ERCLA is incorporated as a Nonstock Corporation under Wisconsin law. ERCLA is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation recognized by the IRS as being tax-exempt by virtue of our charitable programs.
